Louisville Woman has Breast revision for capsular contracture*

Capsular contracture is characterized by hardening of the breast implant (capsule) which could lead to breast distortion and discomfort. This patient has capsular contracture on the right and a deflated saline breast implant on the left. If you look carefully, you can see her breast scar on her chest wall in the before photo. She had removal of bilateral breast implants and exchange with Natrelle Style 15 339cc silicone gel breast implants. She had removal of her breast capsule on the right. The scar is no longer visible in the postoperative photo.
